Your Right to Opt Out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information. SHRSH Botanicals does not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary compensation.
What We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to process your order and provide our services: name, shipping address, email address, and order details. We share this data only with service providers (Stripe for payment processing, Resend for transactional email, Supabase for order data storage) who are contractually bound to use it solely on our behalf.
Analytics & Marketing
We do not use third-party advertising networks or behavioral tracking that constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" under CCPA. If this changes, we will update this page and prompt you for consent.
How to Exercise Your Rights
To request deletion of your data, a copy of your data, or to ask any privacy-related questions, email us at roots@shrsh.co. We will respond within 45 days.
Other State Privacy Rights
