Because every jar is made fresh in small batches, orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. You'll receive tracking details as soon as your ritual is on its way.

Shipping rates & delivery

• Domestic shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.
• We package every order in recyclable materials to keep the ritual low-waste.

Returns & exchanges

We want you to love your ritual. We accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened jars cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement right away.
